Welcome to the Youth Sanctuary
Youth Ministry Growing Deeper
Romans 12:2 NLT – “Don’t copy the behavior and customs of this world, but let God transform you into a new person by changing the way you think. Then you will learn to know God’s will for you, which is good and pleasing and perfect.”
Colossians 2:6-7 NLT – ” And now, just as you accepted Christ Jesus as your Lord, you must continue to follow Him. Let your roots grow down into HIm, and let your lives be built on him. Then your faith will grow strong in the truth you were taught, and you will overflow with thankfulness.”
Our Focus:
Our goal in this youth ministry is to provide biblical teaching for students on their level that will equip each individual with biblical fundamentals, encourage a personal relationship in Christ, and confront daily struggles teens are faced with. In addition, our hope is to establish a comfortable atmosphere for teens to hang out and develop lifelong friendships and accountability amongst their peers who share the same belief in Christ Jesus.

All the tools you’ll need
To Live A Godly Life
In the Apostle Paul’s letter to his young protege, Timothy, Paul exhorts him to, “Let no one despise your youth, but be an example to believers in word, in conduct, in love, in spirit, in faith, in purity.” The fact is that our youth have so much to contribute to the church family, that is why we feel compelled to disciple our youth to give them tools they need to live as Paul commanded Timothy.
IN WORD
Our privilege is to instruct the youth of our fellowship in the immutable, infallible, WORD of God. By pouring our students into the WORD of God, we find that they are better prepared to give an account of the hope that is within them. We encourage our youth to take ownership of their faith so that they can begin forging their lives around the living WORD.
IN CONDUCT
Left to themselves, the youth have no clear direction and have a tendency to live out undisciplined lives (Proverbs 29:15). Our youth are taught the full counsel of the WORD of God so that they can imitate godly behavior and exemplify the lives of believers in their conduct within the body of Christ and as they engage the world.
IN LOVE
God is love. It is our desire that the youth of our fellowship will come to know the LORD, Jesus, Christ in a deep, intimate way. God loves us so much that He sent His Son to die for us that the expression of His love would be lived out through us and our encounters with others in our sphere of influence. Our hope is that the love of Christ would exude from the members of our youth to all they encounter.
IN SPIRIT
When we think of teenagers we often think of "teenage angst," and the torrents of hormonal changes that accompany this time in their lives. Helping our youth to understand that they are fearfully and wonderfully created in the image of the Creator helps put things into perspective. This empowers our youth to project a positive attitude regardless of circumstances.
IN FAITH
Faith and faithfulness are two sides of the same coin, in that in order to live out lives faithfully before God, in accordance with His will, we must first attain the faith which He alone supplies. We know then that faith comes by hearing the WORD of God. Our aim is to provide our youth with the tools they need to know their faith, test their faith, and grow their faith during this season of their lives.
IN PURITY
The world is engaged in battle for the minds and bodies of our youth. We believe and model the sanctity of marriage in our youth and encourage our young believers to honor one another by making purity the primary pursuit in a world pushes deceptions about love and relationships from all directions.
